The brief: A Wesley Chapel family wanted to swim without the mosquitoes, the leaves, or the relentless sun — a true outdoor room they could use every day.
What we built: A full-depth pool set inside a custom panoramic screen enclosure, with a covered lanai for shade and dining. Picture-window screen panels keep the view open.
The tech: A heat pump and automated lighting make the lanai usable from early spring to late fall, all controlled from a phone.
