Steel, plumbing & electric.
A hand-tied steel rebar cage forms the skeleton of your shell, then we rough in the plumbing and bond all the electrical. This is the structural backbone a drop-in shell simply can’t match.

Gunite shell.
We pneumatically spray structural gunite (shotcrete) over the steel, hand-carving every curve, step, bench, and spa in place. The result is a solid, monolithic concrete shell engineered to last a lifetime.
